Leirillä tähän mennessä: sateista ja nahkeaa, villavaatteet tarpeen ja patiinit mudassa koetuksella. Uusi tulisija on mahtava. Eilen autoin Merviä silkkivärjäyksessä (ihania värejä!) ja otin kehruussa sen tärkeän askeleen, jossa lanka muuttui ohueksi ja aika tasaiseksi.

Camp this far: quite rainy with moisture trying to creep in everywhere. Wool clothes are of very good use and pattens are doing their best in the mud. We have a great new fire pit! Yesterday I helped Mervi dye silks, fantastic results! My spinning finally took that leap there the yarn became rather thin and not slubby.
